Job Description: 

We need a confident, experienced and enthusiastic business consultant to join our sales team. 
This is an exciting sales opportunity, with a large territory. You will manage key accounts and expand the business into new areas. We are looking for a skilled sales person with related industry experience in either training and coaching, recruitment or HR fields. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in sales and established network along with a passion for developing people and be capable of helping clients solve their development problems. 




Responsibilities: 

1. Manage and develop existing accounts 
2. 
Open up new business opportunities 

3. Write customised, high quality proposals 
4.
Negotiate and agree contracts 
5. 
Achieve a sales quota

Position Requirements

Skills: 
1. Confident and effective communicator
2. Well organised
3. 
Optimistic and persistent in winning sales 
4. 
Proficiency in English and Chinese 




Experience and Education: 

1. Minimum 8 years work experience
2. Significant track record in sales 

3. University degree holder 
4. 
Track record with multinational businesses 
5. 
Knowledge of training industry in China
