Studio Grei is a start-up company run by a photographer and creative director Aukse Grei. For nearly 2 years Aukse has been working on her own, doing all the pre and post production work and being hands-on of almost every role starting from styling, location scouting, arranging team work on set, reaching out to clients, to marketing herself and her business in China. 

Given all this experience Studio Grei is ready to start expanding and welcome talented individuals to join Studio Grei to keep growing. Essentially our goal is to be known as a Beijing’s premier full-service studio that combines luxury fashion, lifestyle imagery & video content to create compelling brand stories. 

We want to build a community of the most talented, passionate and skilled people in their area to provide the top creative content for brands, celebrities & magazines. Aukse Grei is passionate about inspiring and encouraging people in the community to be creative so she’s very close to her fans and followers on all social media platforms and the intention behind is to grow the following and engagement even bigger.

Currently hiring for Business Development Executive, you’ll get to work in a creative & inspiring yet rather challenging environment and be a big part of the growth of Studio Grei, both in China and internationally. That means working with biggest companies and clients across the globe, attending fashion and entertainment related events and working with people who have an ambitious mindset, like you do.



Job Responsibilities
1. Researching companies, organisations and individuals online ( especially on social media ) to identify new leads and new potential markets in China and internationally 
2. Aquire new clients and sell additional services to existing ones.
3. Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about purchasing the services.
Connecting potential clients via email, phone, wechat to establish rapport and set up meetings.
Planing and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
Attending conferences, meetings and industry events.
Explore new ways to engage and identify new social networks to reach our target audience / clients.

Monitor and engage in relevant social discussions about our company, competitors, and/or industry, both from existing leads and customers as well as from brand new audiences

Position Requirements
1. Relationship building within Chinese market and abroad
2. Ability to analyze the competitive environment
3. An eye for the innovative
4. Negotiate and persuade decision makers among our customers.
5. Creative talents and the ability to solve tough problems
6. In depth knowledge of the fashion & entertainment industries and its current events
7. The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
8. Excellent time management and organization 
9. Strong leadership skills
10. Native Chinese speaker
11. Must be able to communicate in English fluently 
12. 2+ of experience required
