AskCucu is looking for a Chinese Speaking Business Development Intern in Shanghai. AskCucu finally allows the thousands of incoming foreigners to avoid language-barriers, intermediaries and other hurdles by securely and conveniently booking a place to live online.

Overview

Job Description

Responsible for the supply side business development and local market analysis, for our online rental-housing platform. Your first main responsibility will be reaching out to Chinese real estate companies & landlords in order to grow our portfolio of properties. Your second main responsibility will be to conduct local rental-market analysis, to help us better understand the internal & external environment. You will coordinate between partners, developers, business and marketing. You are responsible for managing timelines, milestones and project outcomes.  

Tasks:
– Manage a fast-paced technical project with short turnarounds.
- Create strategic plans to achieve project’s goals; including task management, requirements and scoping, estimating and scheduling.
- Monitor project resource allocation, hours and deliverables.
- Work with creative, technical and strategy leads to ensure the most effective and efficient project delivery.
- Business development, responsible for lead generation to contract signing.  

Qualifications:
- Ability to establish strong working relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Digital: up-to-date knowledge of web, mobile and software technologies.
- Outstanding multi-tasking, communication and organizational skills.
- Language: fluent Chinese, proficient in English.
