The Business Development Manager is responsible for managing international accounts, deliver tailor-made solutions and guide rising companies towards actionable solutions for stimulating innovation, encouraging global expansion, and promoting long-term growth.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
•Identify and secure major accounts from multinational companies typically in IT, Software, Manufacturing, Life Sciences and Automotive industries
•Create and implement sales strategies and written proposals
•Work closely with operations to coordinate project execution
•Maintain long-term relationships with key accounts
•Drive RFP/RFI processes through cold calling, networking etc.
•Responsible for prospecting and building new accounts2017/3/1
•Experience selling complex and large technical solutions to multinational companies.
•Candidate must be highly motivated, ambitious and flexible.
•Language skills a plus.
•At least five years of prior experience in successful business development.
•Strong English and Chinese language skills, must understand Chinese and Western cultures.
•Expertise with understanding and articulating technical concepts in areas such as software localization, testing and multilingual publishing.
