International Focused Position in Beijing

Exciting opportunity for an aspiring young professional with 1-2 years of work experience and excellent English skills who enjoys communicating with people and possesses a high attention to detail. The position will allow you to work with two organization at the same time and gain tremendous new skills.

The EO Beijing Sanlitun Chapter is looking for a motivated bilingual President’s Assistant to support a very international group with foreign CEOs of 25+ companies in Beijing. For the right candidate, he or she will interact with an impressive group of business leaders. You will support the Entrepreneurs Organization (EO) leaders and members to plan 2 to 3 chapter meetings and learning events each month. Touchdown Education is looking for a responsible, detailed-orient bilingual young professional to provide expert education consulting to applicants and their families preparing to attend US colleges and MBA programs. Required 
1. 1-2 years of work experience (or extensive internship experience for recent graduates)
2. Solid English skills – spoken and written
3. Detailed-oriented mindset
4. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
5. Skillful communication with excellent people skills

Recommended
1. Project management skills and ability to deal with shifting priorities
2. Organizational skills to arrange events and manage all related tasks
3. Calm under pressure and capable of thinking of solutions
