Job Details The position will be based in Shenzhen, and be responsible for driving the overall marketing effort for ATD China.
The position develops and manages marketing plans and create content and programs that contribute to achieving business goals. The position will also be responsible for the operation of Shenzhen office. This position involves both marketing planning and marketing content creation responsibilities.
The main responsibilities include:
• Develop and manage marketing plan, including integrated campaigns, online and offline activities, digital campaigns
• Communicate with marketing team in the U.S. to maintain the consistency of brand integrity
• Manage content localization and development – web content, collateral, white papers, case studies
• Plan and generate marketing materials including brochures, blog posts, press release
• Develop and execute direct marketing plans to generate leads maximize conversion rates and generate sales demand among prospects and within the customer base • Drive the growth of database in China
• Track and report marketing activity results
• Coordinate with partner on various marketing activities to support business growth
• Manage events such as conferences, seminars and webinars
• Manage Shenzhen office operation.
The candidate should possess a wide range of skills including content development, marketing, and office operation. The requirements include:
• Bachelor’s degree required. Education background is preferred but not limited to journalism/marketing/business administration
• 5 or more years’ experience in marketing field
• Experience in training, human resources, education or related industry is plus
• Experience with CRM, marketing automation, and campaign tracking tools
• Familiar with social media platform and various digital tools
• Excellent cross-cultural communication skills
• Ability to work well in team environment, but also individually by being highly accountable with utmost integrity
• A proven record in managing marketing activities & growing database
• Strong project and time management skills
• Demonstrated entrepreneurial skills, and willingness to innovate and lead
• Willingness and ability to accommodate different time zones
• Fluent in English and Chinese
• Willing to travel internationally and domestically (Travel will be around 10-15% of working time)
