• Qualifications:
• The American Chamber of Commerce in China is recruiting an engaging, personable, and organized professional to develop some of the Chamber’s most strategically important forums and committees, including the Young Professionals, and manage its internal internship program. The right fit will be a great communicator with a positive attitude, leadership experience, and a vision for the Chamber community. Applicants must be age 24+ to be eligible for a work visa in Beijing. Successful coordinators will develop expertise on business and policy issues facing the American business community in China and build an amazing professional network. Previous holders of this position have gone on to top Masters’ programs in public policy and international relations, and to work for international companies in China.
• Roles:

• F&C Coordinator

  • Work closely with Forum and Committee leadership to develop and execute their engagement strategies, including events, surveys, and other initiatives to serve the broader AmCham membership. Your portfolio will include the Young Professionals Committee, Business Sustainability Committee, and the Visa Committee among others.

  Operations

  • Run the AmCham China intern program, support the Board of Governors election process, and provide Chamber leadership with other operational support as needed.
