Communications Intern | Carnegie Endowment for International Peace
The Carnegie Endowment for International Peace, a global network of policy research centers in Russia, China, India, Europe, the Middle East and the United States, is seeking an energetic individual with excellent interpersonal skills to intern with its Washington, D.C.-based Communications team. The intern may work up to approximately 30 hours per week for the duration of the internship. A small transportation stipend will be provided.

Job Description
The intern will help support the entire Communications department, including publications, public affairs, events, and web communications. With a focus on researching Carnegie’s key media and non-media stakeholders, the position will also work on publications displays, provide day-of event assistance, assist with executing social media strategies, and help with special outreach projects as they arise.
The ideal candidate should be organized, with strong attention to detail; possess excellent computer skills and be able to work independently and complete projects quickly without sacrificing quality and accuracy.
