Through playing sports and games, we help children in more than 20 countries build essential life skills and better futures, while driving lasting social change. The kids we work with are often living with diseases like HIV and AIDS or are displaced in refugee camps, face gender discrimination or other daily challenges. In 2012, Right To Play reached 1 million children and youth in weekly regular sport and play activities in some of the most disadvantaged communities in the world. Nearly half of the children in our programs were girls.

Since the inception of its pilot programs in China in 2007, Right To Play China has been promoting the development of children affected by poverty and children in difficult situations.
