Position Description
General Description
The Community Program Manager works with various community organizations to identify and develop volunteer programs that promote volunteerism. They provide direction and consultation to partners on volunteer programs needs and also provide directions and training to volunteers to support the community programs.
Responsibilities
• Develop appropriate volunteer programs for community organizations that best utilize volunteer participations.
• Be the “expert” within the organization on the focused community service areas.
• Develop and maintain relationships with community-based organizations in the focused areas.
• Attend relevant community meetings and gatherings.
• Develop and provide project specific training for project/team leaders and volunteers.
• Develop methodologies to evaluate all aspect of volunteer programs to ensure effectiveness and to recommend and implement changes as appropriate.
• Support and attend recruiting events within the community to attract qualified volunteers.
• Work with marketing team to publicize various community projects.
• Work with program support staff to develop and oversee program budget
Qualification
• Ability to work well with a diverse group of people.
• Good analytical and presentation skills.
• Good organization and planning skills
• Demonstrated capability to conduct him/herself in a calm and professional demeanor when dealing with community organizations.
• Good communication skills; demonstrated capability to effectively communicate orally and in writing
Education and experience
• Bachelor Degree
• Have volunteer and NGO work experience preferred

• 参加儿童关爱领域的相关会议以及集会。
• 开发儿童关爱服务方面的项目培训,为志愿者/领队/项目领队提供培训。
• 开发志愿者项目的评估体系,全方位评估志愿者项目以确保服务质量以及服务有效性。根据评估结果提出并实施合适的修正计划。
• 支持并参与社区内的招募会议以吸引更多的有效志愿者。
• 支持市场推广团队推广儿童关爱项目以及其他项目。
• 与项目支持团队一起开发和监督项目预算。

• 学生学位

Corporate Relations Manager
Position Purpose
The Corporate Relations Manager will be primarily responsible for developing and maintaining new and existing corporate partnerships, ensuring the successful execution of all corporate projects, and developing the required documentation and reports for our corporate partners
Responsibilities
Corporate Sales and relationship building
• Secure corporate contracts, grants and events.
• Work with Program Director on selling sponsorships for Make a Difference – annual service event.
• Write proposals to prospective clients and corporate sponsors.
• Work with the Program Director on the sales pitch, prospect meetings and negotiations with prospective clients on price and service offerings.
• Write agreements with partners.
Account Management
• Work with Program Director to insure sponsors are receiving top quality account care.
• Work with the Program team to ensure a top quality program delivery.
• Attend on-site volunteer projects and events in role as liaison to corporate partner.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
• Understanding of corporate philanthropy, sponsorship and marketing.
• Minimum 3 years experience with face-to-face solicitation and direct client contact.
• Professional demeanor in person and on the phone. Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to provide positive supervision and mentoring for volunteers at the project site.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work both independently and as a member of a team.
• Interest in nonprofit work and belief in the value of community service.
• Some evening and weekend commitments.
• Open to and excited by the opportunity to inform our strategic thinking and planning.
• Fluent in spoken Chinese and English
Reporting
This position reports to the Executive Director.

• 灵活的上班时间, 不排除在周末要在项目现场支援。
• 流利的国语和英语
