Responsibilities:

• Provide constant coverage of campers during the day.
• Safely escort campers from activity to activity.
• Help lead and coordinate activities.
• Provide a safe and nurturing environment for the development of campers.
• Embrace and pioneer the values of IDEAS.

Requirements:

• Based in Beijing and have the ability to commute to Shuangjing Metro Stop (line 7 and 10) on weekdays throughout the summer.
• Near-native or native English proficiency.

Preferred Skills/Experience:

• Experience working in education in China or abroad.
• Summer camp experience as a camper or counselor.
• Passion for education, kids, and helping families meet their education dreams.
• Can handle multiple projects and achieve results aligned to team goals.
