We’re hiring! LUCA is rapidly recruiting for our Crowdfunding Team, and we need more people!
The Crowdfunding Agent is a self-guided sales role on a dynamic international team who live and breathe our brand. We’re looking for socially minded people who love our vision, understand our disruptive business model, and can communicate both to a captive audience by email, on the phone, and in person. If you have experience selling yourself, are a quick learner, and are aching to be a part of this movement, we think you could make a great team member.
Our team is clustered around Shanghai, Hong Kong, and Boston, but the position is location-independent. Pitch investors from where you’re most comfortable and where your personal network is densest!

Compensation is performance-based. As a Crowdfunding Agent, you receive 10% commission on invested capital immediately + 10% interest on trading profit/investment return for every investor you bring.
Work part-time or full-time–entirely on your own schedule.
Prior VC/PE/crowdfunding experience helpful but not necessary. Entrepreneurs or aspiring founders definitely welcome.
