Job Description
We’re seeking a client success manager to handle enquiries from new leads, and manage existing client accounts. Our clients are mostly businesses making cross-border payments to China, and we like to make sure they have all the support they need to make fast, efficient payments on our platform.
While you’ll need to be adaptable at taking on a wide variety of challenges (we’re a startup!), your daily focus will be:
– Managing key client accounts, making sure they are having the best experience possible
– Handling enquiries that come to us via email and our site’s livechat system (Intercom)
– Proactively helping new users get on board and making payments
– Coordinating with our US team to develop and improve our global customer service system
Position Requirements
The ideal candidate:
– Experience working in either cross-border e-commerce or cross-border payment industries. If you understand the problems involved in cross-border businesses, you’ll be able to connect better with our clients!
– Native Chinese speaker with fluent business-level English.
– Hardworking, Determined, Passionate in working with a Start-up
Working Hours: 10.00 to 18.00 (Monday to Friday)
Location: Beixinqiao, Chaoyang District, Beijing.
Holiday:
All regular holiday listed on the calendar and extra paid holidays (Approximately 20 days a year excluding weekends)
