Requirements:

– BA degree

– Native English Speaker (US preferred)

– 1-3 Years of communications and or customer relations experience

– Familiar with online customer platforms

– Skilled at time management and workflow

Responsibilities:

– Strategize large scale customer relations and support

– Incoming customer communications

– Answer customer support policy ranging from IT issues to company policy 

– Be willing to work long hours due to time zone differences

 

Lingo bus is an online education program for children’s mandarin education ages 5-12. We are a new project, but we hold to high standards of online education. Our platform is focused on one to one classes, pairing children around the world with professional mandarin speakers.

The Customer Support Manager has the responsibility of working directly with customer communications. They will manage all incoming inquiries, requests, and issues that our customers may have from a “pre-sales” perspective. This is everything from live chatting with customers, to email and other communication funnels.

This position will require skillful time management to deal with various time zones and answering a large quantity of inquiries promptly and efficiently. Likewise, this position involves strategizing a standardized workflow to effectively manage customer, and potential customer communications.
