AppInChina is a Beijing-based startup with an international team and a startup work environment. The team is not large so each member plays a valuable role in the company. You must be able to work independently and find solutions on your own.

The work will involve website maintenance (front-end and back-end), implementing various new features to the website, developing technical solutions to improve the company’s overall workflow, and improving communication methods and tools with our clients.

The developer intern must have the following abilities:

– Strong familiarity with HTML and CSS
– At least basic experience with coding, particularly with JavaScript, PHP, JQuery and other coding libraries involving web development.
– At least some experience working with content management systems (CMS), in particular WordPress.

Since our company is very international with team members working from various parts of the world remotely, you must be very comfortable using Skype & WeChat and other tools to communicate with team members.

You will be based in the new Liangmaqiao Coworking Space in Chaoyang District. Free coffee, tea, soft drinks, rest areas and rooftop terrace spaces are all provided.
