Job Mission: 

There are 3 key functions to this role: 

– Oversee project delivery through personal account management and management of the Accounts Team

– Maintain and develop sales of extra products to existing clients (Upsell)

– Improving the service level and delivery efficiency of our products & services 

Success in this mission is measured through achieving specific targets in:  

– Customer service satisfaction 

– Account profitability (revenue / staff hours spent) 

– Sales growth from existing accounts

Position Requirements
We are looking for someone with: 

– Strong passion for supporting foreign companies’ trade and business in China 

– 5-8 years of business operations experience in China, preferably including WFOE management, local staff employment, and goods import-export 

– 3-5 years of experience in a client-facing role in the West and China 

– Proven excellence in client communication and selling abilities 

– Native English ability with fluent written and spoken Chinese
