We are looking for a strategic, passionate, versatile, and creative Marketing Director to become a key member of Blue Sky Lab’s leadership team to build a loved and trusted brand, and drive the company to the next stage of it’s growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Identify target market and develop market-winning marketing and PR strategy and KPIs for new
and existing products based on quantitative and qualitative data from rigorous market testing

Develop and implement brand strategy
-
Develop and implement marketing and communications strategies and KPIs for the organization
-
Oversee implementation of marketing strategies across digital, experiential, and social platforms
-
Set, measure, and manage marketing budget and timelines, including for campaigns, events,
digital marketing, and PR

Undertake continuous analysis of industry and consumer trends

Build, lead, and inspire a marketing and PR team based out of Beijing, Shanghai, and Changsha

Work closely with the product team to develop marketing materials and programs
-
Work closely with the sales team to support with tools and materials for sales success

Work closely with the leadership team to improve current offerings and identify new opportunities
IDEAL PROFILE

Proven track record of success in senior marketing or project management roles in corporate and
startup environments

Entrepreneurial, proactive, and organized with the ability to identify or generate original
marketing and branding opportunities

Able to communicate effectively in written and oral Chinese and English; additional languages a
bonus

Deep understanding of Chinese culture and market; international experience and understanding
of international markets a bonus

Familiar and comfortable with tools and technology for data analytics; inquisitive for qualitative
and quantitative insight into user behavior and experiences to inform strategies and decisions

Able to embrace ambiguity and change, willing to take calculated risks with a growth mindset

Passionate about health, wellness, environment, sustainability; genuinely interested in what
motivates people, and believes in the power of good design for positive social impact
