The Elite Mentor (EM) plays a vital role in mentoring and assisting students from their early years in achieving their educational goals. Towards this end, making personalized academic and extracurricular plans is just the beginning, EM actively contribute to internal resource development geared towards enhancing student’s academic skills and approach to college application. The bulk of the application work centers around developing the student’s personal statement and supplement essays with the end goal of helping students gain acceptance to the school of their choice.
The ideal EM desires passionately to make a difference in people’s lives. EM is expected to effectively manage all student communication via phone, email, WeChat, and Skype along with their various duties. EM are also expected to communicate frequently and clearly with their Chinese consultant who manages parent communication and assists in scheduling. Adherence to company policies and procedures is required given the responsibility and independence awarded to each SC in the management of his/her cases.
A. Responsibility and Duty.
• Provide 1-on-1 consulting service to 10-20 students, including but not limited to meeting with students to craft strategy and executing plan, keeping frequent contact with students and parents to track progress and provide update, guiding the application process, etc.
• Conduct 10 group class series
• Conduct internal and external seminars
• Collaborate with sales team to meet with potential customers
• Develop product and resources and participate in projects with the team
B. Vacation.
Elite Mentor shall be entitled to 21 days annual leave with pay for the first year of employment. The annual leave of Elite Mentor for the year in which he/she joins the Company shall be pro-rated. Any vacation used during the contract term may not be used during subsequent period. Elite Mentor should take all the vacation before September 1st to follow application cycle. Between September 1st and January 15th unavoidable breaks should not be longer than 3 days.
C. Insurance and Work Visa. Company shall transact social insurance and pay them for Elite Mentor. Company shall withhold the social security contribution legally undertook by Elite Mentor when paying the remuneration every month.
D. Compensations:
Shunshun offers you a guaranteed gross amount (BD & Sales incentive bonus and professional development cost are not included here) as annual income, as the detailed sheet above; description including;

! ARGO BD and Sales incentive (incl. University LAC Award):
! Professional development: ARGO will provide professional development training for EM, (Internal team building and functional training, for example company culture and SOPs) and extra charging professional training opportunities from third partner that the company needs to pay for. Company will provide the tracking system of identifying the charging training and the payment amount every year.
