Responsibilities:
• Responsible for developing comprehensive sales and marketing strategy and action plans based on in-depth market analysis;
• Support to develop Eli’s business strategy and sales/marketing activities demestically and internationally, increasing sales and optimizing product supply;
• Support to create key messages for all audiences and communicate Eli’s core brand identify, devise, implement and communicate effective marketing campaigns to effectively boost sales and increase market share;
• Develop and track metrics and success criteria, including risk analysis, advice, tracking, and control, and ROI;
• Support the preparation of marketing presentations for corporate meetings and conferences;
• Defines, qualifies and refine target market segments. Analyze research results to better understand customer behavior. Evaluate and develop channel opportunities;
• Creates product strategies in the aspects of, competitive positioning (price and quality), branding, packaging determination.

Requirements:
– Strong interest or experience in the tech sector, hardware or transportation industry; interest in disruptive technological solutions;
– Passionate about being a part of an equally passionate start-up, working independently from 0 to 1;
– Original and creative; strong implementation, thinker, maker, doer;
– Skills developing creative product/marketing solutions, working efficiently to meet tight deadlines, with a minimum of 2 years professional experience;
– Strong communication skill, self motivated, opinionated, and cross-disciplined, expertise and passion in Auto Marketing;
– Strategic thinking capabilities in preparing for future product and service needs;
– Understand strategic differences between different cultures and regions;
– Have experience living or working abroad;
– A deep understanding of market wide trends, themes, and current cultural events;
– Familiar with relevant national and local regulations and laws;
– Fluent in both Chinese and English languages.
