The Columbia Global Centers | East Asia (CGC|EA) office is now recruiting a Finance & Human Resources Assistant.
1. Qualifications for applicants
- Bachelor degree or above, finance/accounting background preferred;
- Excellent communication skills in Chinese and English;
- Working experience with foreign-owned enterprise is preferred;
- Strong sense of responsibility, attention to details, character integrity, independent problem-solving ability and proactivity are essential;
- Good team player;
- Can-do Attitude.
2. Responsibilities
- Assist the Finance, HR, Operations Officer on all the financial processes including budgeting, accounting, reconciliation, purchasing, expenses monitoring, financial management of grants;
- Liaise with New York Office on finance and HR activities;
- Perform HR work, including staff and interns recruitment, payroll calculation and payment, etc. ;
- Liaise with the accounting firm, HR outsourcing company, and the local bank on finance, HR, tax, and operation matters;
- Ad hoc projects deemed necessary by the Director.
