A place where you’ll be kept motivated and have fun people to work with, the customer facing aspect of the job means there’s always something new and different to deal with. Indeed, no two shifts are ever the same. That means that, as well as being kept on your toes, you’ll get the chance to build a great rapport with a wide variety of people, not to mention improve your multitasking and organisational skills. Being on the frontline can be quite challenging but, it will never be dull.

Position Requirements

What are we looking for?
If you love people, ooze natural charm, display boundless energy and enthusiasm and enjoy delivering exceptional customer service, then this role is ideal. As the first person our members see or hear when they walk in the club, you’ll need to be friendly and approachable and used to dealing with customers politely and efficiently. We’ll be looking for an excellent telephone manner and all round polished communication skills as you take bookings, handle enquiries and assist with gym community events.
