Job Description
The China Guide is a travel agency that specializes in tailoring private customized tours for individuals visiting China from all over the world. We are currently hiring a native German travel agent and marketing associate for our Beijing office located at Jianguomenwai, waijiaogongyu. Our office offers a diverse working environment. We have agents from China, Europe, and North/South America. Training will be provided.
Requirements:
-Native German speaker with excellent writing skills
-Extensive traveling in China required
-Experience with sales and tourism industry preferred
-Must be currently in China
-Fluent in English
Responsibilities:
-Assist German speaking clients plan and book their holidays in China.
-Draft itineraries
-Work with tour operators to calculate quotations
-Test/train guides
-Be responsible for daily management of The China Guide’s German social media accounts
-Assist the communication team to create marketing campaigns aimed at increasing the German market
-Create and edit advertisement
-Edit and improve content for the website
-Find appropriate advertising channels to promote efficiently the company and our products
