Job Description

In IT we are continuously seeking to improve our internal processes and our customer satisfaction. One important part to achieve this is a transparent and reliable reporting to our customers about cost and agreed KPIs (Service Level Report).

Currently most of the reports are Excel based and not fully standardized. To improve this, we are planning to implement a standardized reporting frontend for our customers, including a management dashboard.

What are my responsibilities?

Understand the current KPI and cost reporting to our customers and to our internal GS IT Business Partners

Design and implement an online reporting system for the monthly IT charges, together with the IT controlling team

In close alignment with the application/ service owner, develop and defined KPIs about our offered application/ IT service

Align these KPIs with the IT Business Partner and the Head of IT

Implement a Dashboard and monthly KPI reporting

What do I need to qualify for this job?

General understanding about KPI/ cost reporting

Experience in design or implementation of web based Dashboards (Tableau, QlikView/ Sense)

The ability to work on your own initiatives/ be able to work to tight deadlines

Fluent in written and spoken English. Chinese is an advantage
