Harrod and Ji Executive Assistant

Salary range: 8,000-10,000 RMB per month depending on experience.

Job Description – What you’ll be doing:

– Handles day to day administrative work and keeps all data up-to-date

– Manages ad hoc situation within required timeframes/queries and quality standards

– Maintains a professional relationship with all support functions

– Coordinate and translate English/Chinese communications

– Schedule appointments, diarise and communicate commitments

– Proactively follow up on business related issues as required

– Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents

– Design and maintain databases, file and retrieve documents and reference materials

– Manage and maintain executives’ schedules, appointments and travel arrangements

– Identify potential problems and shift priorities in order to adjust the Executive’s schedule if necessary

What we’re looking for:

– 3 year degree from a recognised University

– Excellent communication both written and verbal in both English and Mandarin;     Provide interpretation and translation upon request

– Excellent computer literacy in MS Office Suite including advanced skills in PowerPoint, Excel and Word

– Demonstrated strength in time management and organisational skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast paced work environment

– Flexible and be able to adapt quickly to last-minute changes

– Flexibility in working hours

– Self-organized and structured with high attention for detail

– Highly Professional & Presentable
