Requirements and Qualifications:
• Native English Speaker or an excellent command of English, both written and spoken. A working knowledge of Mandarin would be an advantage. 
• Minimum 8 years of working experience 
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills; 
• Previous experience within an international school would be an advantage.
• Creative, well-organized with excellent time management; 
• University graduate with major in marketing, communications or related;

Overall Description:
Based in Beijing, the Head of Marketing provides overall strategic and operational direction to school’s marketing function. He/she is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies and tactics to ensure attainment of marketing goals and enrolment objectives. Establish credibility through different communication vehicles to optimize the school brand image and market share.

Major Responsibilities:
• Oversee a dynamic Marketing team to achieve an increasing base of enquiries to the school
• Develop short, medium and long-term Marketing plans to achieve and exceed enquiry targets.
• Design, plan and implement the annual strategic marketing plan based on the annual market research reports collated by marketing.
• Determine and manage the annual marketing budget.
• Develop appropriate marketing materials, ads and publications to reflect the schools identity, and information to prospective students and parents.
• Within the Marketing Plan develop various digital marketing strategies to increase new enquiries and visits through to the website.
• Promote good relationships and create networking opportunities with outside institutions or groups (pre-schools, Embassies, multinational companies, real estate agencies, etc.), which can be helpful in attracting enquiries.
• Evaluate continually and redesign where appropriate all marketing collaterals. 
• Training & development for the staff members in the division
• Work collaboratively with the Head of Admissions on joint projects and planning
• Represent the school at various gatherings and conferences related to Admissions, Marketing and Public Relations
• Coordinate and participate in special events involving prospective students and or school events.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the GM and Director of Marketing
