Job Description
We need a human resources expert to help us build our team of healthcare pioneers and support the growth of our organization. You will be expected to (1) recruit great talent into the organization, especially mobile and web developers (2) develop HR and related internal capabilities to support our growth (3) guarantee compliance with all local employment laws.

You’re a dynamic leader, experienced yet youthful, who can inspire a team with Gather’s ambitious vision to improve healthcare globally. You have experience scaling internet organizations and working with critical supporting functions such as product, engineering, legal and finance. In your past organizations, you’ve played an instrumental role in shaping a progressive work culture and understand the importance of loving what you do.
Required:
○ 5+ years experience in Human Resources/Administration
○ Track record of successfully recruiting engineers
○ Excellent knowledge of local legal requirements and experience working with local
government agencies
○ English ability
