Job Description

As the Human Resources Assistant, successful candidates will be involved within the Beijing based HR and Administration offices, with possible focuses including foreign directed recruitment, international administrative work, payroll, and many others, with occasional business travel.
General Requirements
1. Age: 22~40 years.
2. Education: Bachelor degree or above, with visa advantages available for MA holders and graduates of Global Top 200 Universities.
3. Language Requirement: Native English speaker, fluent in both written and spoken Chinese. Strong candidates will be able to complete a series of full job interviews in oral Chinese.
4. Minimum 2 years working experience, multinational company working experience is preferred.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
6. High level of initiative, a willingness to learn and ability to communicate effectively with different levels.
7. Previous applicable job experience and professional interest in Human Resources and Administrative work.
Position Description
1. Assist in operating one function or several functions of Human Resources & administration related work;
2. Take charge of staff care and maintain good corporate culture;
3. Responsible for making all kinds of human resources statistics, analysis, forecast, adjustment, query and database building, etc.
4. Help the supervisor to draft official documents and relevant document control.
5. Play an important role in reception with internal and external business group;
6. Participate in major overseas projects and global training & recruiting activities.
Salary
Commensurate with previous experience; negotiable
