Job Description
The job responsibilities include:
1. Taking a core role in increasing Tencent’s global headcount in accordance with company strategy, with international work and business opportunities;
2. Formulating international recruitment and HR strategy according to company HR policy and department requirements;
3. Conducting HR analysis in related fields, including the effective management and optimization of overseas & domestic recruitment channels;
4. Support international department’s hiring requirements, including talent sourcing, interviewing, candidate screening, onboarding, etc.;
5. Expanding and supporting existing international recruitment channels and corporate branding initiatives;

Qualifications required:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above with at least 2 years of full-time work experience in a fast-paced, international environment;
2. Excellent communication skill sin both English and Chinese – additional languages are welcomed;
3. Self-driven high achiever with strong critical thinking, networking and time management skills;
4. Strong intercultural communication and international experience having lived and worked in multiple countries – a clear understanding of foreign market HR and talent characteristics.
