The Brand Manager is responsible for developing and growing Jingkids’ brand and market presence, managing social media activity and planning and executing events and strategic partnerships. As part of their job, the Brand Manager plans the social media campaigns, distribution and events for Jingkids and set goals with the manager, executes that plan, and also designs all branded gifts for the events. Finally, the Brand Manager works as a point-person who collects ideas for in-house brands, collates them, and works with Production to see them executed.

As part of their job, the Brand Manager plans the social media campaigns, distribution and events for Jingkids and set goals with the manager, executes that plan, and also designs all branded gifts for the events. Finally, the Brand Manager works as a point-person who collects ideas for in-house brands, collates them, and works with Production to see them executed.
品牌经理主要负责推广《菁kids》品牌以及市场占有率,管理社交网络活动以及策划执行相关大型活动。作为其工作的一部分,品牌经理会策划社交媒体上的各种活动,《菁kids》杂志的发行及大型活动并且跟市场部经理设定每阶段目标、方案和执行计划,同事还需要设计所有大型活动中所需带有品牌标志的小礼品。品牌经理需收集该品牌的想法,进行比较,并和设计部一起工作确保其施行。

Responsibilities 职责:
• Work with Marketing Manager to plan and set goals for dynamic marketing campaigns, including events, social media, and strategic sponsorship. 与市场部经理一起为市场推广活动,包括大型活动、社交媒体活动以及活动赞助商等内容进行计划并设定目标。
• Work with Editorial and Production to develop the brand’s identity, and base all marketing activities
thereon. 协同编辑部和设计部工作基于该品牌的活动以推广该品牌。
• Set up social media strategy and maintain daily activity across all accounts. Develop content for posting on all designated social media outlets, monitoring online competitor presences/perceptions, researching new blogs and
channels for relevance/trend identification, reporting “chatter” and other relevant online data, and maintaining posting

• Cooperate with Editorial and Sales to seek out events sponsorship opportunities that are in line with the brand’s identity, and finalize all proposals with sponsors. 配合编辑部和销售部挑选与品牌方向一致的活动赞助合作机会,并最终和赞助商确认所有事宜。
• Work with Sales to find events sponsors and finalize all deals with said sponsors. also, training the sales to understand about our event before they go to selling the sponsorship. 协同销售人员寻找活动赞助商并最终确认合作协议。对销售人员进行培训以便他们在对外销售赞助业务之前能够完全了解我们举办活动的意义。
• Plan and execute all of brand’s products (including the design and production of branded gifts) ensuring that they are on time, on budget, and aligned with company goals. 策划并执行所有品牌产品事宜(包括品牌礼品的设计和生产),确保其在预算经费内按时完成并且符合公司既定目标。
• Work with Editorial and Production to design in-house and events ads, and see them through to publication. 协同编辑部及设计部策划设计活动广告,并监督整个过程。
• Building the relationship with all the target Chinese schools and clients. 与所有的目标中国学校以及客户建立良好的关系。
• Maintain current knowledge of industry marketing activities to create closer relationships with the company’s target communities and establish successful event Marketing programs. 运用现有对市场推广方面的知识组织活动,使得公司与目标群体、社区建立更进一步的关系,从而建立成功的市场推广活动项目。
