Job Description
Evoke Electric Motorcycles is looking for mobile developer to bring the next level of integration between bikes and riders. The program will entail developing apps that will bring a level of safety, stability and reliability that is unheard of in the motorcycle industry as well as increasing personalization and uniqueness to each bike.
The internee will be responsible for creating, testing and supporting for the Evoke’s mobile system for the duration of the internship. During this time they will work closely with the rest of the engineering team to make sure that the mobile application works seamlessly with the rest of Evoke’s hardware. We are looking for people with the following traits
1. Strong interest to learn and try new things, curiosity about systems API and development. 2. Good at working with teams and communicating well with them. Able to explain easily what situations to people of different careers and backgrounds 3. Interest in motorcycles and riding, if you cannot ride yet we are looking for people who have a keen interest in the sport and are eager to learn.
4. Comfortable with Java 5. Knowledgeable about Android SDK and comfortable with working with third party APIs. 6. Familiar with systems testing
