Duties:

• Support Marketing and Customer Relationship Manager on day-to-day tasks;
• Update and maintain databases such as mailing lists, contact lists and client information;
• Update and maintain internal staff contact lists;
• Co-ordinate and organize appointments and meetings;
• Assist with event planning and implementation;
• Liaise closely with the team manager and deliver regular reports;
• Keep office area clean and tidy;
• Assist the team with administrative duties.
• Update and add contents to the Website

Requirements:

For this job, we need multilingual people who are looking for a full time position.

• You have a Bachelor degree or above;
• You are native Mandarin speaker;
• You have a very good command of English, further languages will be a plus;
• You have great internet skills including use of e-mails, group messaging and data collection;
• You are a pro at researching information, no matter how tricky, you find out how to do or where to get something;
• You have excellent organizing, interpersonal and communication skills;
• You have experience how to prioritize tasks and manage your workload;
• You have great attention for details and work very accurate;
• You have an outgoing and self motivated personality and work well in a team;
• You have basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office, WordPress and picture editors like Photoshop, further knowledge will be a plus.
