Sanfine International Hospital is seeking a Marketing Assistant to join our team.

The Marketing Assistant will work closely with the marketing and communications teams to provide support for marketing operations.  This position is full-time. We require a fluent English speaker with basic mandarin level. Of course fluency in both languages is an asset.

The successful candidate will be able to articulate a unified brand voice to diverse groups. They will be able to organize and prioritize well and demonstrate excellent written and verbal skills. They can work well with a team and assist team leaders with everyday operations.

Role and Duties

·        Assisting with promotional activities and events

·        Keep social media active and up to date daily: facebook, twitter etc.

·        Meet with and communicate with cooperative companies 

·         Create the content for posters, flyers and marketing material for events

·         Communicate with different departments regarding marketing plans. 

·         Coordinate and monitor event timelines to ensure deadlines are met.

·         Coordinate event logistics, including registration and attendee tracking, presentation and materials support and pre- and post-event evaluations
