The Marketing Assistant plays a vital role in supporting marketing activities by providing materials, support, and logistics coordination, etc. on deadline, and maintaining the Marketing Department’s inventory.

The Marketing Assistant lends support to the Marketing Department by assisting the Marketing & Events Manager and Brand Managers with events planning and execution, which includes but is not limited to the creation (not planning) of print and online ads and support materials, running errands with vendors, and assisting in events set up and break down. 

市场部助理需要协助市场部经理和品牌经理完成活动计划和执行的工作，包括并不限于印刷品、线上广告和相关材料的制作，跟进与供应商合作的相关事务，协助市场活动的布展和收尾工作。

Moreover, the Marketing Assistant will occasionally assist Marketing Team members with social media, production needs, and other tasks as needed.

Qualification

Smart, passion and have good communication skill.

You’re very interested in Marketing related field.

Fluent speaking and writing skills both in Chinese and English.

Undergraduate degree (fresh graduates welcome to apply).
