Job Description
We are looking for a marketing intern with passion who will support the work of marketing department of St. James’s Place Shanghai limited within an international working environment, based in Shanghai, China. Lunch payment of 70 RMB per day will be provided.
- Organize marketing expense forms and follow up Fapiao receipt collection process
- Support marketing team to organize activities and events as required
- Coordinate production of marketing materials
- Organize marketing materials stock for the business
- Assist marketing team with travel bookings
- Graphic design skills would be a plus
- Working through upcoming events for the team in Shanghai
- Assistance with content marketing calendar
REQUIREMENTS
- Good written and spoken English skills
- Can work at least 3 days (18 hours per week total) a week and 4-6 month internship
- Be well-organized and detail – oriented
- A team player with a proactive and flexible approach to work and enjoys working in a multi-cultural environment
- Confident in dealing with internal colleagues and external contacts
- A positive and can – do attitude is a must
- Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- With events management or marketing background is a preference
- Knowledge of Salesforce would be a plus
