Eaton Corporation, Vehicle Group, located in Shanghai China now has a job opening for Marketing Manager – Vehicle Group APAC. 

PRIMARY FUNCTION: 
The marketing manager’s primary function is to implement the global marketing strategies and tactics within a geographic territory to build and maintain Eaton image and brand in vehicle industry and product consumers. 

The marketing manager coordinates the vehicle business intelligence activities to support sales and business planning functions including strategic planning, profit planning and business development. This position will involve developing and execution Eaton’s Go to Market strategy and marketing communication activities such as trade shows, tech days, promotions, success stories, newsletter, website, digital marketing initiatives, press release and editorials. 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 
A.Own Eaton’s Go to Market Strategy for Vehicle Group Products in China. Craft a marketing plan, communicate and deploy to field sales team and all internal stakeholders (engineering team, sales teams, plants, global product lines and senior management team). 
B.Coordinate vehicle business intelligence activities and market analysis report to support sales and business planning functions including strategic planning, profit planning and business development 
C.Work with third party research company to conduct market studies. Research market activities and forecast market trend, scan the market for competitive actions and make recommendations for response. Manage market research activities and communicate results to all relevant stakeholders 
D.Plan, organize, execute and manage marketing communications activities including trade shows, tech days, customer and partner events, industry events to support business needs etc.) 
E.Create and update marketing collateral, presentations, brochures, product sheets, fact sheets, case studies, and sales tools with input from product marketing, sales and engineers. 
F.Coordinate the press release, editorials, company website content and graphics to support the company’s marketing and branding communications efforts and are in-line with corporate brand standards. 
G.Manages a team of analysts to perform all the marketing tasks.

 
SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE: 
A.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business administration required. 
B.9-10 years of industrial marketing, market research, or product/market management experience within multi-national company. Auto or commercial vehicle experience is a plus. 
C.Strong data research and analytical skills 
D.Outstanding project manager capable of handling multiple projects with tight deadlines and influencing senior leaders 
E.Expert user of Excel and PowerPoint 
F.Fluent in written and spoken English 
G.Have exceptional interpersonal and presentations skills. 
H.Be capable of working with multi-task and meet deadline 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: 
• Project management skill: Ability to: lead the planning, implementation and evaluation of projects according to established process; serve as a consultant for internal and external customers. 
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills: Ability to: synthesize complex information, understand the needs and interests of target audiences; define and articulate messages; develop and deliver effective presentations.
