We seek a bilingual English/Chinese Member Services Representative to act as a liaison between our Managed Long Term Care agency and its members or potential members. Candidate is responsible for assisting members or potential members with issues and/or inquiries they may have about their insurance/applications, as well as receiving and addressing member inquiries, resolution of member complaints, client education, retention of membership and disenrollment.
