FunPlus is looking for Game Operators to expand our Operations Team, a young international team where members speak as many as 20 different languages and come from over 25 different countries. At first, Operators will be trained in 3 main tasks in order to help them understand the game better:
I. Customer Service:
a) Professionally resolve players’ questions, submitted to our CS channels and report to the game studio
b) Manage and collect players’ feedback on CS channels and community pages
c) Compile reports for major questions and key CS metrics tracking

II. Community Management:
a) Manage day to day outbound communications and track key metrics
b) Maintain communication with moderators to drive our community
c) Create and administer surveys & share results with game studios
d) Create fun contests and analyze their performance
e) Conduct market research to become the market expert of your region, and report for emerging trends and potential opportunities

III. Localization & Testing:
a) Translate from English to your native language, while retaining the style of the game
b) Test translations and new functionalities before an update is released 
c) Report on game bugs or other glitches and issues

After the initial training period, Operators are encouraged to participate in one of many available projects to expand their knowledge and skills. These projects range from image/video/audio editing to game content design, or from marketing to management (team lead). Each individual’s growth is a top priority. Position Requirements
Minimum requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree
· Japanese Native speaker
· Proficient level in English or Mandarin

Preferred requirements (but not essential):
· Marketing background
· 2 years certified work experience
· Photoshop
· Microsoft Office
· Experience in Customer Service
· Creative and good team player
· Experience in writing stories or articles
· Experience with using Lobi is a nice bonus
· Interest in gaming is a nice bonus
