Overview

Job Description

Responsibilities:
• Ensure operations of the gym runs smoothly and provide a clean, safe, enjoyable environment for all customers and gym members
• Manage and adjust bookings and all communications with existing and potential clients (phone calls, wechat, messages)
• Manage and monitor sales and membership purchases
• Actively engage with the community and existing members, collecting feedback and answering customer queries. Fostering a positive community.
• Managing front desk duties and general operational admin tasks

Compensation: 7000RMB + Insurance + Accommodation + 2 meals a day + Free Gym
Working Hours: 2pm-10pm (5 or 6 days a week)

Position Requirements

• Outgoing personality
• 
Native Chinese
• 
Can communicate and answer questions in English

• Willingness to work evenings and some weekends (for events)

• Friendly, enthusiastic and enjoys fitness

• Understands the elements of operations of a fitness studio and understands the branding of fitness
• Great communication skills
