AppInChina, a startup helping foreign companies to distribute their apps on the Chinese Android market, is looking for a full time operations manager for our Beijing office. An internship position is also available for a commitment of 6 months minimum, full/part time. The candidate will have a key position in the company, working with partners and clients to provide an outstanding level of service.

Job Description
AppInChina is a startup helping foreign companies to distribute their apps on the Chinese Android market. We are fast growing and working with international companies and developers from around the world. Currently we are working with various famous app and tech companies including: Microsoft, Duolingo and Wunderlist. Our office is currently located in Phoenix City, Sanyuanqiao. From April 2015 onwards we will be based in our new office building in Liangmaqiao.
Responsibilities:
1. Ensuring successful distribution of our clients’ apps to the required top mobile platforms in China. Including completing account registration on all required mobile stores and distributing client’s apps on all required platforms.
2. Providing continuous support and dedicated customer service to our clients via phone, instant message, and email. Daily customer service including: app promotion requests, app updates requests, app downloading report requests and others.
3. Conducting marketing work and developing potential partnership with App Stores or other tech companies to bring more clients to our service.
4. Arranging promotions on each app store on behalf of our clients.
5. Interacting with other colleagues to improve our company’s organizational structure and help our company to maintain further growth.
Qualifications:
1. Fluent in English. Native Chinese level is required.
– Candidates must have a high level of English proficiency.
– Candidate will need to communicate with colleagues and clients in English on a daily basis.
– Candidate will need to have a good English reading and writing ability.
– Chinese nationals with overseas studying or working experience are preferred.
2. Basic MS office skills are preferred.
3. Tech savvy and comfortable completing tasks online.
4. Self-motivated, hard working and a strong problem solver.
5. Experienced at working with and supporting international customers by email, phone and Skype.
6. Knowledge of the mobile industry and app stores is preferred.
Benefits:
– Starting salary will be between RMB 5,000 and RMB 10,000. There will be the potential to earn up to RMB 20,000 based on performance.
