Parent Coordinator
Due West Education is seeking talented, experienced individuals with experience in education, client relationship management, and/or customer service for a position based in Beijing, China. Members of the Parent Coordinator team provide individualized attention and guidance to our students’ parents as their child navigates the admissions process with Due West. It is our primary focus to support students at local public and private middle and high schools, and to provide experienced and professional advice commensurate with our company’s high standards.

Our range of services include helping students identify the best “fit” educational programs, helping guide them through the admissions process, and providing in-depth classes about succeeding in a competitive Western academic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
– Communicate daily with parents via WeChat, phone, and email – for example: answering questions about their student’s progress, Due West programming/curriculum, and the application process
– Serve as a communication liaison in parent/student–counselor meetings
– Translate student progress updates and strategy assessments as needed
– Contribute to the overall success of the counseling team
– Provide excellent customer service and build long-term, lasting relationships with client families
– Utilize trouble-shooting and problem-solving skills to manage and resolve client issues
– Develop detailed familiarity with parents’ and students’ situations and the U.S. school application process
Qualifications Required:
– Bachelor’s degree or higher
– Native-level Mandarin and fluent English
– Strong attention to detail

– Willing and able to work flexible hours (either Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday work schedule)
Qualifications Desired:
