Job Description
An International Company is looking for a legal person to manage the licensing contract process under the direction of the Senior Legal Director. Job duties include managing negotiations, revisions, and amendments of standart and one-off agreement. The candidate should have excellent English, 3 to 5 years of experience in contract management, preferably with significant exposure to licensing or intellectual property law. Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above with technical major.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Minimum 3 years overall job-related experience.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
