We are currently seeking a Program Coordinator for our Beijing Internship Program (based in Beijing). This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who may already be familiar with the Chinese environment and is seeking to gain further international work experience .

Job Description

Title: Program Coordinator

Location: CRCC Asia Beijing Office, near Liangmaqiao Subway Station 

Reports to: General Manager

Hours of duty: Monday – Friday 0930-1800 hrs. (Must be prepared to accept that there are regular occasions when a task is required to be performed outside of normal working hours)

Start Date:  IMMEDIATE (July 2016). Minimum 2 months.

 

Tasks and responsibilities

  • Organizing logistics for large groups of interns
  • Responsible for interns’ well-being in Beijing
  • Alongside other Program Management Team Members, responsible for complaint handling
  • Solving and following up on any issues arising between interns and host company by liaising with the Business Development Team
  • Alongside other Program Management Team Members, responsible for organizing the monthly program events.

Requirements:

  • Fluent English speaker
  • Excellent verbal and written English language skills. Strong communication skills.
  • Chinese Language Skills preferable but not essential
  • Previous experience in China highly desirable
  • Outgoing, enthusiastic and approachable personality
  • Reliable with excellent  organizational skills
  • Experience in a customer service role
