Key responsibilities:

• Travel regularly on WildChina programs and assist in program execution (Tour Leading)
• Meet school administrators, teachers and students to introduce and plan WildChina programs
• Design custom travel packages based on client requirements
• Take charge of program management and logistics
• Develop educational resources and travel activities

Successful candidates will have:

• A passion for travel in China
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Excellent spoken Mandarin
• Good command of computer skills
• Strong interpersonal skills: ability to work in a cross-cultural environment
• A proactive working style: accountable, customer oriented and well organized
• An undergraduate degree and related work experience

Preference will be shown to candidates who have:

• Travel industry experience
• Teaching experience
• Client servicing experience
• Leadership experience
• Project management experience
• Advanced Chinese (Mandarin)
• Extensive travel experience in Greater China
• An interest to develop a long-term career path in China
