Key responsibilities:
- Travel regularly on WildChina programs and assist in program execution (Tour Leading)
- Meet school administrators, teachers and students to introduce and plan WildChina programs
- Design custom travel packages based on client requirements
- Take charge of program management and logistics
- Develop educational resources and travel activities
Successful candidates will have:
- A passion for travel in China
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Excellent spoken Mandarin
- Good command of computer skills
- Strong interpersonal skills: ability to work in a cross-cultural environment
- A proactive working style: accountable, customer oriented and well organized
- An undergraduate degree and related work experience
Preference will be shown to candidates who have:
- Travel industry experience
- Teaching experience
- Client servicing experience
- Leadership experience
- Project management experience
- Advanced Chinese (Mandarin)
- Extensive travel experience in Greater China
- An interest to develop a long-term career path in China
