Ivy League Camps is hiring summer Program Lead positions for its educational summer camps at locations in Shanghai, Beijing, and Tianjin.

Job Description
Available positions range from teaching English, Science, and Art to Performance, Sports, and American Summer Camp Activities. Program Leads will manage and run daily activities in a small group setting of 15 students and 3 local Chinese support staff. You will report to an Operations Manager, working an average 40 hours per week with time off to explore China. The position runs 7 weeks including a week of staff training. No Chinese language skills or teaching experience required!
Core responsibilities:
- Lead activities for children ages 5-13
- Manage a team of 3 teaching assistants
- Maintain discipline and safety
- Daily inventory and preparatory work
- Camp move-in/move-out
- Contribute to program meetings
- Produce program reports
Skills and Competencies:
- Native English-speaking proficiency
- Great verbal communication skills
- At least one year of university education
- Enthusiastic, energetic and outgoing personality
- Flexible and adaptable within a start-up atmosphere
Compensation
- $3,000.00 USD Salary
