Available positions range from teaching English, Science, and Art to Performance, Sports, and American Summer Camp Activities. Program Leads will manage and run daily activities in a small group setting of 15 students and 3 local Chinese support staff. You will report to an Operations Manager, working an average 40 hours per week with time off to explore China. The position runs 7 weeks including a week of staff training. No Chinese language skills or teaching experience required!

Core responsibilities:

• Lead activities for children ages 5-13
• Manage a team of 3 teaching assistants
• Maintain discipline and safety
• Daily inventory and preparatory work
• Camp move-in/move-out
• Contribute to program meetings
• Produce program reports

Skills and Competencies:

• Native English-speaking proficiency
• Great verbal communication skills
• At least one year of university education
• Enthusiastic, energetic and outgoing personality
• Flexible and adaptable within a start-up atmosphere
