If you answered “Yes” to the above questions, the JUMP! Foundation is looking for you: passionate and detail-‐oriented Program Managers to take a lead in designing and coordinating a series of experiential education programs in June. JUMP! Program Managers are deeply committed agents of change and arerecognized as individuals who bring diverse knowledge, extensive life experience, and unique perspectives to running experiential education programs. Enthusiastic and passionate about leadership and social development, JUMP! Program Managers will support in the design, and coordinate the programs that inspire, empower and engage youth to reach their full potential. Together with the program team, you will spark participants’ personal development, strengthen their sense of community and increase participants’ global awareness.
Duration of Contract: March 1 – June 30th, 2015
Your duties would include:
Program Development, Delivery, and Closing Responsibilities:
Management of:
- Program design and development of JUMP! Experiences around China
- Site inspections and scouting-‐trips exploring specific locations
- Program design and development process (pre-‐program assessment, program design, post-‐program evaluations, etc.), tailoring the curriculum to match needs of partner
- Design of the specific J! Experience program
- Site inspection exploring specific locationsfacilitator training and development
- Program specific budgets and expense reporting
- Program prep, delegation of assignments and follow-‐up with program staff
- The ongoing monitoring and evaluation of programs
- End of Program Report
