Job Description
Responsibilities
- Work closely with accounting and program staff to develop and maintain systems for tracking budget to actual progress
- Organize and standardize written protocols for use in the management and direction of programs
- Develop monitoring and evaluation procedures and methodologies
- Develop and standardize planning resources including workflows, templates, and reports
- Maintain calendar of programs for the official organizational record
- Coordinate program reporting to comply with governance requirements
- Work with staff to optimize technology systems for organizational and program needs
- Create agendas and lead program staff meetings
- Maintain system for planning and tracking staff assignments
- Ensure growth opportunities for staff through skill based training and professional development
- Coordinate annual reviews and ensure proper documentation
- Contribute to the internship program by coordinating intern support for programs and ongoing projects and developing evaluation and review standards
Qualifications
- 5 years project management experience, PMP/PMI certification a plus
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Able to multitask and work well under pressure, both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent interpersonal skills, able to communicate efficiently in a calm and professional manner
- Strong technology skills (Advanced Microsoft Office required, Salesforce a plus)
