Description

The Program Manger within the Store Strategy Team is responsible for creating, leading, and implementing effective global projects that deliver an unparalleled store experience, within a highly dynamic and ever changing business.

Specific responsibilities include: 

Create and implement strategic initiatives that align with Apple Retail priorities and deliver results by creating owners, maximizing efficiencies and improving processes Initiate, drive, and deliver effective projects in cross-functional, global teams

Lead, manage, and execute detailed project plans; track project and deliverables, escalate high priority issues and communicate status

Complete project impact analyses and work to implement training, communication, and change management strategies to achieves results 

Provide superior customer service to field and corporate partners globally Identify and articulate business needs that require systems support and work with teams to drive appropriate solutions

Lead ongoing improvements and evolutions of store initiatives and procedures Other duties as assigned.
