Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Regular report and analyses the Key Performance Indicator for approved body shop
  • Check monthly bills and Quarterly payment issues
  • Follow up and analyses the customers’ feedback or complaints,and coordinate to improve customer experience
  • Deal with application info and assist in body shop network expansion
  • Follow up the process of contract signature and approve flow
  • Conduct scheduled or non-scheduled audit for  approved body shops
  • Assisted in the daily management of body shop and follow-up of the business performance
  • Approved body shop file arrangement, archive and updating in time.
  • Assist in standard process setup, optimization and following up
  • Familiar with the body shop operation process and insurance claim process, and coordinate between service center and body shop
  • Coordinate and communicate with other cooperation departments and external partner
  • Perform other related duties as assigned, based on the business need.
  • Responsible for relevant training

 

Requirements               

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, majored in management is preferred.
  • Prefer with at least 2 years’ project operation experience in auto, new energy or related industries
  • Capability of learning ability and adaptability
  • Advanced communication, problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Proactive attitude, highly self-motivated, stress resistant and diligent
  • Fluent in both oral and written English &Chinese
  • Excellent with MS Office, with advanced knowledge of Excel and PPT
  • Driver’s license is preferred
  • Occasional travel may be required;
