JLL’s Capital Markets – Development & Asset Strategy group is seeking a Project Coordinator in our Los Angeles office. JLL’s Development & Asset Strategy group, through its International Properties Services (IPS) platform, brings United States residential projects to overseas investors and buyers. JLL seeks an individual with exceptional organizational skills to support the International Properties Services platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Liaise between developers with sales teams across the Asia Pacific
  • Administer, coordinate, and edit marketing collateral.
  • Coordination with vendors for preparation of marketing campaigns in Asia
  • Assist the team with the overall execution of the project.
  • Monitor project progress and update status reports and forecasts to reflect changes
  • Project documentation, communication, and reporting
  • Translate English to Chinese, preferred
  • Track projects and deals closely and remind respective parties in a timely manner

     

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of real estate (sales) experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communications in Mandarin Chinese, (verbal fluency in Cantonese a plus), and English
  • Willing to travel internationally (Asia) and domestically 50% of the time
  • Strong planning and organizational skills; is highly effective at prioritizing tasks and seeing things through to completion
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and adhere to deadlines, with a high level of energy and initiative
