Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Answering queries from customers
• Providing personalized advice and guidance on product selection to customers
• Follow up with clients request
• Monitoring the quality of the trip while the clients are in China
• Working with established guidelines
• Translating information if required
Personal Skills required:
• Having a friendly, engaging personality and professional demeanor
• Should have a confident manner
• Must be helpful and polite
• Able to work as part of a sales team
• Good people skills and patience are a plus in this field
• possess good computer skills, and be able to communicate effectively
• Languages: English and Portuguese. Spanish is a plus
